(Refund does not appy for any of our "Do-It-For-Me" packages, "Custom-Web-Design" plan or domain purchases)

Terms and conditions

We are known for offering a money back guarantee unconditionally for our "Do-It-Myself" plan. In case you have made the decision of cancelling your account within the initial period of 30 days, you are eligible to receive a complete refund for the fees that have been paid to our company. (Excluding domain name purchases)

You need to allow a total period of up to 15 days for the credit to appear on your next credit card statement. Please send us an email with the following information in order for us to process your refund:

1. Your full name

2. Your email address

3. Your Order Number

4. You may supply us a reason for cancellation. This will help us to better serve our customers. (not mandatory)
